30-day returns

If something doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Items marked Final sale on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return

Email contacto@bertter.es within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
We will reply within one business day with your return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, as parcels sent to the wrong address may be lost.
Pack the items securely and ship them with a tracked service. Keep your tracking number until your refund arrives.

Return shipping costs

Fit or change of mind: the return shipping cost is paid by you, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover everything. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will email you and refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. Not sure about sizing? Email us your usual US size before you order and we will help you pick.
